Rollout

Please note that until we get to version RTM, the Repository will not be announced outside of the UPOU community. (Learn more about the different planned releases/versions.)

1. During the testing period for beta version B1, only the following will be allowed to directly deposit work in the UPOU Repository without having their deposits reviewed and vetted:
   • The UPOU Librarian 
   • UPOU REPS and regular UPOU faculty
   • UPOU professor emeriti
2. During the testing period for beta version B2, the following will additionally be allowed to directly deposit work in the UPOU Repository, but their work will have to be reviewed and vetted:
   • UPOU Graduate students (reviewer: TBD)
   • All other UPOU employees (reviewer: TBD)
   • UPOU Affiliate  faculty (reviewer: TBD)
3. During the testing period for version RC (release candidate), the following will additionally be allowed to directly deposit work in the UPOU Repository, but their work will have to be reviewed and vetted:
   1. Undergraduate students (reviewers: special projects or thesis adviser, Program Chair).
   2. UPOU lecturers and adjunct faculty (reviewer: TBD)
4. Depositing policies will finalized by the RTM (release to marketing) version. Depositing policies will be reviewed and revised as needed based on the outcomes of each testing stage.
